John Allan Cameron – Chieftain of the Games & Order of Canada Recipient

 

For the fourth consecutive year, Chieftain John Allan Cameron will host and perform with some of Canada’s finest Celtic music acts. This year John will be highlighting Tony McManus. Tony draws on traditional music from Scotland, Ireland, Brittany, Galicia, Asturias, Cape Breton and Quebec and blends them with jazz and east European music styles. His creative musical style has led him to be acknowledged as a pioneering figure in bridging the realms of Celtic music and other guitar genres.
