Information Tents: Main Information Test is inside the Main Castle Gate entrance. Wristbands are available for sale at all gates. Open: Friday - 3:00pm to 8:30pm; Saturday - 7:00am to 7:00pm; Sunday - 7:00am to 5:00pm. Check here for changes in the Festival itinerary.
Box Office: Pre-paid wristband pick-up takes place at the Box Office tent outside the Main Castle Gate. No exchange or refunds. Events run rain or shine.
Box Office Hours: Friday - 6:30am to 8:00pm; Saturday - 6:30am to 6:00pm; Sunday - 6:30am to 4:00pm.
Parking: On-site parking $5 perday. Limited handicapped parking by permit only, subject to availability.
ATM: Located at the Security Trailer by the Main Gate.
Lost Children: Please bring lost children to the Security Trailer by the Main Gate.
Lost & Found: Located at the Security Trailer by the Main Gate.
Washrooms: There is a building adjacent to the Camping area at the end of the concessions. Portables with hand sanitizer stations and washroom trailers are also available throughout the Festival site.
Pay Phones: Located in the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.
First Aid: Provided by the St. John's Ambulance. Located at two stations near the Sleemans Highland Pub and the Heavy Events area.
Handicapped Services: Parking - Limited parking by permit only. Washrooms - available in the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex. Seating - on the Main Field, enter through Gate 3 or Gate 4.
Souvenirs: Official Festival souvenirs can be purchased at locations throughout the Festival site and at the Festival office. Soon souvenirs will be available through the online store on our website.
Accommodation: Listings available at the Information Tent.
Ice & Firewood: Located between the Tea Garden and the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.
Free Shuttle Bus: Free shuttle buses between downtown Fergus and the Festival site all weekend courtesy of the Fergus Business Improvement Area and its members. More Information...
