The Fergus Scottish Festival presents a show and sale of local artisans' works.  This event can be found in the area near the Genealogy Centre on Sunday Only.

Show and Sale by Local Artists

The Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games, held annually since 1946, draws people from the local community and around the globe. This family oriented event is attended by over 40,000.

We are excited to present this venture for 2011, ‘Avenue of the Artisans’, a one day show and sale by local artisans to be held on the Sunday of the Games.

The Vision

We believe that our audience would like to experience more while at our festival. Our vibrant artistic community has been growing in reputation and in order to bring artists and festival attendees together, we have created a new exhibit opportunity.

The Location

On the grounds of the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex in Fergus. As a first time exhibitor with the ‘Avenue of the Artisans’, your booth will be located near the Genealogy Tent, this year featuring author, Robin Laing.
