Campsite Reservations

The campsite reservation system is a self-serve function that allows you to reserve campsites for the Fergus Scottish Festival and Highland Games.  For information regarding check-in dates and times please refer to the Camping Information page.

There are three steps to the process of selecting and paying for your campsite(s).

Step one is to choose the site(s) that you want to book.  To do this, click on an available site from the map below.  Available sites are shown with a white background and can be selected.  Sites shown in amber have been selected by another user and are in the process of being paid for.  Sites in green are sites that you have selected.  Sites in red are booked and sites in black are reserved for Festival use for contractual obligations.

Step two is to identify yourself.  Once you have selected one or more sites, you will be able to enter your personal infomation.  Please note the link to our privacy policy at the bottom of the page.  All text boxes in grey are mandatory.

Step three is payment.  You can use Visa or Master Card to pay for your campsite(s).  Payment will be made on a secure, encrypted page.

Important: Please Read

1. Many other people will be booking sites at the same time as you are.  Once you have selected sites, you have about 15 minutes to complete the transaction or your selected sites could be released to other users.  Please have your credit card information available BEFORE you start.
2. The site map / site selection page is only accurate as regards the availabilty of sites at the time that you displayed the page.  If you select a site that someone else has selected between the time you displayed the page and the time you selected the site, you may be told that the site is no longer available.
3. Remember that this is a first come, first served system.

Site Types

• Serviced Sites are designated with an amber (orange) border on the right side of the site box on the map below.  They cost $125.00 for the weekend.
  Unserviced Sites cost $100.00 for the weekend.
• Sites that are capable of accommodating RVs are designated with a red border on the left side of the site box on the map below.
